02What data we process

We process only data that you actively submit to us or that arises technically each time the website is accessed. We do not track the content of your game sessions — we are a recommendation platform and operate neither games nor player accounts.

03Server log files

Each time the site is accessed, technical data is stored in log files: IP address (anonymised after 7 days), date and time, requested URL, amount of data transferred, browser type, operating system and referrer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the technical provision and protection of the website.

04Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website. You can find details in our separate Cookie Policy. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

05Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, optionally phone number, topic, message text) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, or (f) for other enquiries.

We do not pass this data on to third parties unless this is necessary to process your enquiry.

06Recipients of the data

Data is processed exclusively by the service providers we have commissioned with hosting within the EU. These are contractually bound as processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

07Third-country transfer

A transfer to countries outside the EU/EEA does not currently take place. Should this change, we will inform you separately and ensure appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

08Retention period

• Server log files: 7 days in identifiable form, then anonymisation.
• Contact enquiries: until final processing, then deletion provided there is no statutory retention obligation.
• Cookies: a maximum of 24 months or until the browser session is closed (session cookies).

09Your rights

At any time, you have the right to:

• Access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
• Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR).
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR).
• Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).

10Right to complain

You can lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Friedrichstraße 219, 10969 Berlin.
